When using our services, you agree to:

Orders and Contracts

Delivery and Installation

We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed delivery and installation schedules. However, timelines may be affected by factors beyond our control, including material availability, weather conditions, site access, or force majeure events. We will communicate any delays promptly and work to minimise disruption.

Warranties and Guarantees

We provide warranties covering:

• Material defects according to manufacturer specifications
• Workmanship for installation services
• Specific warranty terms detailed in individual service agreements

Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, normal wear and tear, or modifications by third parties. Claims must be reported promptly and in writing.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our designs, processes, documentation, and website content belong to vortexquartz or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission. Custom designs created for your project remain our intellectual property unless specifically transferred by written agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to the value of services provided
• We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages
• We do not warrant that our services will meet all your requirements
• Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud
• Consumer rights under applicable law are not affected

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, labour disputes, material shortages, or other force majeure events.

Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel orders subject to:

• Payment of costs incurred up to the cancellation date
• Cancellation fees as specified in individual agreements
• Consumer rights under applicable distance selling regulations

We may terminate agreements for non-payment, breach of terms, or other material default after appropriate notice.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands. For consumer contracts, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may also apply.
